      Offers training courses for consultants, OK benefits

      Cons

      - Laughable salary compared to the amount of hours they expect you to work everyday - You get no say/choice on what type of projects you get placed on. Project variety is also very limited (mostly finance/data) - Management is very disorganized and non communicative. It is also very clear that they value clients more than their employees.

      -Everyone is super nice, and they really try to make company culture good. -Locations are great within cities.

      Cons

      -Spanish company that really is operating poorly within the US landscape in terms of internal processes and employee experience. -Super rigid promotion structure -Starting pay is low when compared to other consulting firms in the US.
