      Good pay but completely overworked. Impossible to have a decent work life balance.

      Salary Young co-workers Benefits (food and transport, but not for all locations)

      Cons

      Working hours - required to work late nearly every day without any extra pay. This makes it impossible to have any sort of work-life balance. Although employees get good holidays (22+10 days) they are not able to choose when to take them.

      Pros

      Growth, goodish salary and you get to learn a lot. Very intelligent and competent people working at the company.

      Cons

      Sometimes it's do or die, and you can only reach your deadlines by working overtime which you are expected to do for free.
