      -Peers and teams are fun to work with and result driven -Annual increases are above market average -Lots of vacation days since day 1 -Infinite learning curve in lots of financial, regulatory and IT themes -Paid masters degree

      Cons

      -Long working hours (9 am to 9 pm at best). No LIFE -Very little on boarding when approaching a new project -Lack of Project Management department -Pay is average given the time you're investing at work -Frequently, spanish people have the upper hand

      International team of young people willing to learn and help all their colleagues. Defined career plan and annual salary increases above industry. Great exposure to customers in the banking sector. Direct relationship with directors from different areas since day one. Possibilities to travel in and out of the country, depending on the needs of different projects and acquired experience. Large number of vacations days.

      Cons

      Base salary slightly below average, offset by higher annual increases than industry. The company is relatively small in the United States, with few local customers. There are not many local employees in managerial positions because local talent often uses MS as a springboard for other companies. Long work hours (9-7)

      It does not matter if you do not have anything else to do one day, you hace to stay until tour client por superior leaves. Depending in the projects, you yave to work long hours
