      I guess one of the pros is that I was getting a salary to pay for my rent

      Cons

      Terrible culture with 2 tiers of employees (Spanish vs. Non-Spanish) where the Spanish ones are treated like royalty (especially in terms of salary, since they make significantly more money than the non-Spanish at their level), and the rest are just expendable. I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemies, and resigning was one of the most sound decisions I made in my professional life.

      Stability, benefits, parking, HR manager Janelle is wonderful

      Cons

      No salary or advancement opportunities, very formal 8am Monday morning meetings that you must contribute to even if it has nothing to do with your position, very harsh and critical management, no flexibility.
