      Growth, goodish salary and you get to learn a lot. Very intelligent and competent people working at the company.

      Cons

      Sometimes it's do or die, and you can only reach your deadlines by working overtime which you are expected to do for free.

      Salary is far bellow what it could and should be. The staff is hardly ever considering a career, and is only waiting a better opportunity.
