      Good place to start and learn after university but that's it

      High exposure to client and responsibility

      Cons

      - Work hours ("normal" consulting) - Global company but Spanish culture in all countries (most management level will speak in spanish and internal comms in spanish - hard to progress commercially if you don't speak spanish). If a country does not have enough resources /knowledge to cover a project they will send a Spanish team - Low wage and no benefits
