      - gaslighting - terrible management that doesn't listen to employees - culture of worshipping those above you - long hours - low pay for HR - very racist

      Pros

      All of your coworkers are young consultants and this allows for great friendships to develop.

      Cons

      Toxic work culture where work is not compensated by merit but by how well you get along with the partners. Lots of staff augmentation projects but nothing too interesting to help enhance skills. Terrible pay makes it difficult to want to work the 60+ hour work weeks they expect from you.

      Good pay. Nice yearly event. Good allowances when working abroad.

      Cons

      Extremely hierarchical working culture, only incentivising for shoe polishers to work their way up. Be prepared to waste hours of your life staying at work with nothing to do just because the consultant who’s more senior than you hasn’t left yet. People with zero leadership experience are assigned to lead projects, and consultants with 1 year experience feel entitled new joiners around. Competitive environment in an unhealthy way. HR department by far the worst I have seen, mostly composed of interns therefore the flaws committed are countless. Projects are boring. Only spoke to my line manager once or twice.
