      Work-life balance, no understanding of outside life, insane hours, management does not hold itself accountable, if you go to someone about an issue they do not do anything, so many more cons...

      - Some nice colleagues who are all in the same sinking boat

      Cons

      - Projects that have nothing to do with the employees' experience and aspirations - Poor management - No training - If you are not Spanish or a Latino they will completely isolate you then blame it on you for not fitting in - socially it was a nightmare. 0 diversity and inclusion. And they will speak Spanish all the time when you're around, including about work - Not able to book your holidays whenever you want - you have to follow the client's calendar - Almost no ability to be an expat in another office around the world if you are not Spanish or a Latino

      Lovely community. focus on old technologies with little exposure to cutting edge

      nice community, young office, easy application process with large September intake

      Cons

      technical side is under paid, focus on old technologies (SAS), management doesn't have experience or understanding of new technologies to unlikely for this to change. For some reason the office still hasn't been fitted with external monitors or Ethernet ports making work high friction. Poor attendance in the office. Lots of trainings but mostly a waste of time
