Opportunity to meet new people. If you have a great trainer, you will learn a lot.

Cons

Messy and immature management. Can be left hanging for training. Treated like you are a child in school.

Fun environment You get to meet different people. Great starting point for breaking into the hospitality industry.

Cons

High turn over You have to be able to work with different management styles. A lot of the employees are teenagers so there can be a little high school drama here and there.

Easy job. Fairly easy to get a job here.

Cons

Too much downtime. Expectations were not clear in job description or at interview. High turnover at the company. Long hours were expected (10 with no break on saturdays working alone, unsure if this is still the case)
