The actual team cares and works as best they can with what they have.

Cons

Leadership, Sales Manager at the time steamrolled their entire team out and replaced them one by one. The original team could and was operating fine without her presence, and would encourage the manager to disappear for hours with whatever “outside networking” they were doing for the day. Just so we could get work done without being micromanaged and given additional work to overcomplicate things.
