High demands in many areas, bad management, poor moral, POOR EMPLOYEE RETENTION means if you worked for at least 3-6 months, you can become a "Certified Trainer" and train the new people from the next hiring event. Most employees do not last 6 months. little to no room for growth, and promotions, might be taken advantage of in many situations. After a while, they stop doing the recognition program for employees.
