Excellent management, opportunity to be promoted from within, good benefits, strong approach to core values, competitive pay in the industry

Cons

The idea that facial hair (outside of a moustache) is forbidden, is archaic. If we are judging ourselves by the standard of the Marine corps, that's all well and good, but that standard is not a buffet. Either implement it across the board and put your employees through decorum bootcamp, or understand that you are here to serve the people of each community we are represented in. Why we assume as a corporation that those people would not trust someone with a trimmed goatee is outside of reason.

Pros

First job at 16 as a party host, was actually a really fun first job. The job itself is really easy, and you only pretty much work weekends as a party host. If you do a good job, money is good.

Cons

Management sucked, they had really stupid rules that we had to abide by even though I was an awesome party host.
