Compassionate and understanding of employees' needs both at work and in their personal lives. Flexible scheduling and a great work environment. They really are a good company to work for and advancement happens all the time as they are expanding and growing more and more each year.

Cons

There really aren't any.

Works well with availability. Is a great first job for high school age kids.

Cons

Corporate is lost they have no idea what they are doing, no chance at all to move up the ladder. Corporate is like a revolving door, people go in and come out super fast their is no stability.

You will meet some great people you will get to know regular guests that come in every week and are kind and considerate towards you. Managers can be fun and occasionally helpful if your the only one running the Gravity Ropes Weekly pay Extra money for helping with parties and banquets

Cons

Unfair pay-- been working here for almost a year making the same as i started with and I'm always available to help out when they need it. While new employees are getting started at a buck more than me and almost never pick up shifts for come in to help out when we are busy. Always calling you in when short staffed and if you say you can't expect another manager to call 5 minutes later asking the same thing. ungrateful guests, hardly get a thank you managers seem to be in their own little world definitely favoritism by the managers when there is an inspection you can expect to spend your entire shift cleaning games, laser tag, and gravity several times. schedules sometimes don't come out till the next work week (Thursday- Wednesday) High turn-over rate
