50% discount on expensive food Service pool helps with a low paycheck

Cons

No opportunity to grow. Managers lack skills to properly run a business. No consequences for the people who don't show up for work. You need to be best friends with the managers to get a higher position otherwise you are invisible.

You get to work with great people and it is a fun place to work at. Food discounts are 50%. It is not a bad place to work.

Cons

Management will not respect your schedule and they make fake promises. If you want to move to a different position, then you will get the run around.
