Pros

Great high school job. Tons of room for growth. Helped start me in customer service/sales. Management was helpful and wanted you to succeed.

Cons

Late Hours- although that's customary with a restaurant type job. Just not my ideal hours. Had to deal with pretty rude guests at times but that's just a part of the experience.

Company is growing, willing to give you more hours.

Cons

Management is horrible. Nobody cares what's happening unless someone from corporate is coming in. Managers don't have your back and don't treat you like people.
