Pros

You sell "fun" so that's not so bad. Full benefits, health insurance offered. Paid weekly which helps.

Cons

Operations team and Sales team are on two different side and do not work together well. The company does not appreciate their employees and does not support them. Dress code is from the stone ages. Men are allowed mustaches but not a beard or goatee. NO tattoos may show at all. The operations uniforms are horrible.

Pros

-Fun environment with great coworkers -Very laid back with little micro-managing -Quick training process -Great for inexperienced individuals; excellent learning opportunity

Cons

-Excessively long hours. Quite a few 15+ hour shifts back to back to back -Huge turnover rate -Lack of care from management about any sort of standards. Rules never seemed to matter. Employees repeatedly skipped shifts or showed up hours late without any punishment whatsoever.

Pros

CEO's vision is on the right track. The worker bees are good people who want to do what's right by the guests at centers. Office always has great coffee and drinks.

Cons

One of the company's core values is to "Have Fun," however that is the last thing this company is or does. FUN committee can plan all they want but when the executives discourage people from taking part it defeats the purpose. Not submitting payroll to the bank on time and screwing up employee paychecks Christmas week is not cool. What's worse is when an executive admits to the company screw up and tells employees that they are just going to blame the bank. Never worked for a company that rewards bad employees/executives and systematically pushes out its best employees like this one.
