Pros

Competitive salaries and an extremely fast growing company. Plenty of opportunity to be promoted and travel. Great concept plan for new centers. Even though you are salary you will rarely work more than your 50 hours

Cons

Fluctuating schedule and sometimes very late nights. Growth is solely on the maamger. You need "critical experience" to move to gm even if you have the experience at another company.
