Pros

My department allows flex time so I can come in late if necessary and work late to make up time. Bonus is fantastic. Fun corporate culture with a Fun Committee. Never bored. Small company that is growing so you learn a lot.

Cons

PTO and Holidays are not traditional Corporate Office days and need to be improved. Pay is low for industry. Not enough staffing so hours can be very long.

Pros

Although I'm fairly new, I've been given a lot of opportunity to learn from those around me. The company offers quite a bit of benefits that i'll utilize as I move forward with my career. Also, the company is growing which offers internal opportunities to promote.

Cons

As the company continues to expand, there may be some growing pains. Please continue to communicate if changes will be made during the expansion while offering internal employees the chance to move within other centers.

Pros

You get you and 5 friends free game cards to play unlimited video games for an hour and a half. Every day if you want. You and 5 friends get 1/2 off the menu and other activities.

Cons

It's a minimum wage job. The workers are mostly high school age. The bar drinks are expensive.
