Great place for young employees

Pros

There is a great sense of teamwork. Employees get discounts. Service charges help all hourly employees to earn a little more money. Great place for a young person to start a career. Pay is okay for intro level managers and hourly employees.

Cons

Open every holiday....Christmas Eve until midnight! There is no real work life balance. Odd hours, work on day off and sacrifice vacations days. Disorganized corporate office which is cancerous for a growing company. Dealing with negative clientele on a regular basis.

Very successful and growing company, Fun place to say you work, scheduling format (very flexible if staff volume allows, swap shifts, ability to cross train and wear up to uniforms Fair pay/ Paid weekly Good benefits

Cons

They don't hire within as much as I would like to see. Management tends to show at times. Working with young teenager and young adults, you can be taken over by "high school" drama if you're not careful and youngsters just not wanting to work the day they are scheduled. Sometimes they promote a person TOO young/immature.

When it gets busy, IT GETS BUSY, you'll have no leighway time inbetween activities
