Pros

People, fun, atmosphere.... Where else can you get paid to play games, laser tag and bowl?? This place is amazing. The potential for advancement is a plus too. Relocation is available for those who want to as well.

Cons

Schedules are a little rough, switching back and forth between openings, mids, and closes all week long.

Pros

A company that values diversity, FUN, and people that work hard to satisfy the guest. They are always focused on exceeding the guest expectations, and this has been the best place to work in my 20 year career.

Cons

There are not really any cons to speak of. This company is young, has come along way over the last 3 years and has a long way to go, but they know it and they are always striving to improve the guest experience, and the operational execution of the business.

Overall its a pretty fun place to work and you'll find yourself caught up in the energy of it all. The salary is competitive and the bonus structure is built in your favor.

Cons

Forced to work holidays, yes Main Event is open every day. Yes schedules can be flexible, but the hours are long regardless. Constant changes in policy. High turnover of managers and staff.
