Our District Manager makes it a point have a quality of life for all of us. He'll give any of us the tools we need to succeed. Along with support from other managers across the brand, you really feel like part of the family. Mainevent also offers tuition reimbursement, which most place do not do anymore. There is plenty of opportunity for advancement, no matter what position you start off at.

Sometimes you get out late because we close at 2 am 3 days a week. It's really not the bad because of the busy nights. The night still goes by fast.
