Pros
I made a lot of really awesome friends there, ONE of my managers worked very well with me. I worked in La Bella's and the kitchen manager was always nice to us and even gave us a couple days off if we needed some time away for mental health.
Cons
It's very stimulating. But that's just my personal opinion. The complaints start when I had someone extremely close to me pass away. My s/o who was still working there and got fired for calling in to support me while I spoke at my best friends funeral, he only had one write up that he was not even given the chance to sign because the managers were too busy. After they fired him, he didn't even know until almost TWO WEEKS later, however all our coworkers knew. That's actually how he found out. Our coworkers also informed us that the managers were talking badly about him. Which was insane, my s/o did every single job he could and helped every single coworker. He was extremely reliable and would even work 12-14 hour shifts if another coworker needed to release their shift. Extremely unprofessional, especially considering other employees heard them talking badly about another employee (which actually happened quite often). The managers were also openly rude to many coworkers, and showed favoritism the entire 2 years I worked there. While the friends I made there were amazing, it was not worth the constant disrespect from managers, especially one in particular who was so mean to me that I would go home crying and get anxiety attacks when I knew I had to work with them. I hated working here.
