From an employee view this company has all the bells and whistles that you need to develop yourself and become the best leader that you can be. From an customer view, how can you go wrong with up to date games, lasertag, bowling, food and the best of all drinks!

Cons

Does get busy during the prime time, think that they should have more employees to help assist and guide uneducated customers. One thing I see through out the entertainment industry is the fact they never have enough employees to help other employees when overwhelmed.

Pros

My department allows flex time so I can come in late if necessary and work late to make up time. Bonus is fantastic. Fun corporate culture with a Fun Committee. Never bored. Small company that is growing so you learn a lot.

Cons

PTO and Holidays are not traditional Corporate Office days and need to be improved. Pay is low for industry. Not enough staffing so hours can be very long.
