Pros

Management was great, and the food was great. There were always customers.

Cons

Hired unsocial people for customer service positions. Dining experience was very informal and could be frustrating.

Pros

It's a fun environment, very flexible with scheduling, They work with your schedule, Great employee discounts, advancement opportunities

Cons

Very fast pace, not good if you can't keep up.

Needs major improvements

Pros

My regulars come in every week because of me and tip excellent. I make money every night even if it's just $20. Some of the people are truly great. I only work here because no one will hire me and I need a job.

Cons

There's no sense of teamwork. The managers don't listen to your request for days off or anything. They don't schedule enough servers on our busy days. When one server had a walk out I got blamed for it. If you're good they'll schedule you 7 days in the week. It's hard to get your shift picked up if you can't work. The customers are ghetto. The bar takes too long w drinks and so does the kitchen taking money from your tips. The dishwashers never wash dishes making it hard to get your drinks out accordingly when you have no clean glasses or ice. It's a mess as a company and location.
