Entry level Some good managers I learned I wanted more in life.

Cons

Lacked healthy work culture Kept Understaffed Mid-High turnover rate at all levels Poor scheduling Many poor managers (or not ideal) Discouraged breaks Failure to recognize/acknowledge hard work on a consistent basis (most basic example - 3-6 months between employee of the month awards) Poor wages

People Friendly, Fun Activities, Great parties, I loved being able to host different events meeting new people.

Cons

Bad communication skills. It was hard to get along with different areas of the establishment.

Pros

- Decent pay - Tips from guests - Consistent dress code for all employees (food service employees uniform differ from the non-food employees) - Friendly managers - Consistent hours every week

Cons

- long work days - understaffed in the mornings - many employees would no-call no-show and were hardly punished - extra duties on top of regular duties (cleaning/restocking the bathrooms, sweeping the parking lot, sanding down the bottoms of the bowling shoes weekly, cleaning the bowling lanes) - no bonuses/raise in pay
