Fun place to work. It's cool as a first job and you get to meet a lot of fun people there.

Cons

Unorganized management, they have nine managers and none of them communicate. They don't want to pay you and they treat all of their employees horribly because they can replace you

Each and every time an individual is hired we are excited at the growth they will experience with us. Our goal is to continue to hire FUN people and would love for employees to refer their friends and contacts so we can continue to hire FUN people! It's a fun atmosphere to be in, always music and moving around, great team to work with and management !

Cons

Late hours, not enough closers (employee wise). 50% employee discount on everything but alcohol. Free drinks on the clock. Always loud.

Pros

Management was the best I've worked with in the industry. Strong focus on professionalism and keeping the center clean. Generous employee discount.

Cons

Bartenders don't get tipped out and the service well is VERY busy. Uniforms are ugly and dated. Late nights and long shifts. There were numerous times HR messed up on service charges so had to jump through hoops to get paid correctly. Food is mediocre but I heard that there will be a new menu soon. No happy hour. Company is all about taking care of families but they don't care about their employees family life; no one should have to work on Christmas!
