It was a great company to work for. They were flexible with my hours since I was a student. Even when we were short staffed, if I needed off or to come in late, they were understanding.

Cons

The shifts were extremely long for a server. Normal shifts could be 8-10 hours, sometimes 12 depending on the week. This may have had to do with being short of servers at times though, but for a serving job, the hours seemed long.

I enjoy the atmosphere and my co-workers

Cons

Corporate is a little unorganized, there are a lot of changes with a growing company and those changes should be communicated and trained to the employees in center in a timely matter.
