There are truly none that I can think of.

Cons

Management is only looking to put a band-aid on the issues that continue on here. There is a complete lack of professionalism which results in the high turn over rate in numerous departments. They do not care if the employees are treated like scum with certain guests.

Lots of opportunity to grow within the company if you work hard. The people are fun, and make it an enjoyable work place environment.

Cons

The commission is not that great. The sales incentives aren't that impressive either.
