The only pro's i see right now is the tips hopefully things get better.

Cons

Its starting to look like you're typical chain restaurant working experience. Not the nicest management team they sure act nice during the hiring process. you are expected to know things you were not trained on. ( what makes it worse is they know it) A lot of unnecessary remarks from trainers/ manager that are absolutely uncalled for if you don't enjoy training please move on! The pet peeve comment and weren't you trained comment is uncalled for also. The whole training process was unorganized. free meal on a selected employee menu would be nice. A little over board with tattoos good luck finding servers and bartenders with out tattoos over the age of 21 with experience ask people if they have tattoos before you hire them. No individuality No hospitality. This isn't a five star resort neither is the pay so ease up on the attitude.

Fun place to work meeting new guest and worked with fun team member and other managers and fast pace environment

Long hour from time to time. Sometime you feel like babysit team member

Fun place to work. It's cool as a first job and you get to meet a lot of fun people there.

Cons

Unorganized management, they have nine managers and none of them communicate. They don't want to pay you and they treat all of their employees horribly because they can replace you

Each and every time an individual is hired we are excited at the growth they will experience with us.
