Pros

There were some nice employees, food was always 50% off at lunch time.

Cons

Schedule was never consistent and some managers were childish and showed favoritism. Also pay is very low.

Easy job, but often inadequate tips

The job itself was pretty simple, as the menu was easy to learn.

Cons

As with any server job, there were some nasty customers, but it seemed as if there was a higher frequency of people who walked out without paying or didn't tip than at other establishments.
