the biggest pro was that staff got Discounted food

Cons

The management wasn't the best at the time. They ran the place like a summer camp and allowed for workers to slack off and not offer the best service to customers. I believe this issue has been fixed and everything is going well

I worked here in many centers for 5+ years. When they are on your side it’s a great place to work. They were a second family

Cons

As soon as a gm or dm decide you are not worth it they try everything the can to get you fired or to quit
