I worked here in many centers for 5+ years. When they are on your side it’s a great place to work. They were a second family

As soon as a gm or dm decide you are not worth it they try everything the can to get you fired or to quit

Sometimes free food, free games, when there's nothing to do and you're still getting paid it feels good

Cons

managers are trash and choose favorites obviously, they demand corporate-like work from employees who are getting paid minimum wage, Saturday nights are nightmares
