50% off on food and that's pretty much it..

Cons

If you do your job correctly you'll be pretty much holding up the whole team. So if you do decide to work it's more beneficial to just slack off..

the biggest pro was that staff got Discounted food

Cons

The management wasn't the best at the time. They ran the place like a summer camp and allowed for workers to slack off and not offer the best service to customers. I believe this issue has been fixed and everything is going well
