Great opportunity to gain and improve sales and communication skills. Fun work culture and relatively low stress. Opportunity for advancement.

Cons

Although great opportunities for advancements, some departments are harder to move up within and they tend to hire externally. There is usually a higher turnover rate even within management level positions which can impact team morale.
