Fun place to work, but lots of down time in the sales office. A lot of administrative/receptionist-type work. Sales doesn’t get a ton of interaction with other employees.

Pros

Good tips as a server. Nothing else is that good about this job in my opinion.

Cons

Bad management (with the exception of a few individuals), lazy employees who don't care about their job, people are constantly over worked, scheduling is a mess, not paid properly unless you are a tipped employee.
