Pros

Everyone is like a family and the managers are super laid back. Some of them are really dedicated to having their workers prosper since most of them are teenagers.

Cons

The pay isn't the best. The pay/work ratio is a bit messed up in my opinion. People who are in hardworking positions get payed less than others that are in easier positions. Then again I'm new to the workforce so I could just be seeing this wrong.

Pros

You are able to choose what holidays you have off as long as you sign up for 3 (in a season). Also, sometimes you get to play games

Cons

Breaks and lunch is not guaranteed. Managers are rude and childish. Staffing treats customers and employees like dirt. Hours suck and schedule is all over the place.
