I feel like with the right people in place, I can grow here. But currently it isn't looking that way.

Cons

There is a lot of discrimination, there is no diversity in management, and the management team is biased. The Main Event in Lutz, Fl. Does not follow the open door policy and if you speak up against, discrimination, harrassment, or any form of racism. There operations team will rise against you without using evidence and reason.

Pros

Fast-paced, co-workers were nice and willing to help each other out. The work was fulfilling and it was nice to connect with guests and other employees.

Cons

Had a hard time communicating with managers. Got little to no training when I started and had to learn everything on my own. Didn't feel like managers cared about their employees.
