Pros

Hours were pretty flexible. Esp on weekends, they open early and close at 2:00 am. They have programs in place to help you grow in rank if you want to make this a career. They have tuition reimbursement if you work here during college.

Cons

The pay was terrible. I worked there for 3 years and only got a raise to 7.75/hr. Management played favorites in terms of who they gave shifts and lock-ins to.

Meeting people was cool and creating connection as I go made the job better.

Cons

Terrible GM that operated the facility. No opportunity to grow within the company & had been lied to and pay was awful.
