People at my location were very helpful, supportive, and understanding. They want you to strive in the company and work your way up and will help set you on that path if you want to eventually be a manager at the company or location.

Cons

Terrible pay for the amount of work you have to do. Terrible benefits. The lowest tier of health insurance doesn't cover any prescription medications and has a high deductible. You will be hired for full-time work but never reach 40 hours a week. They WILL cut your hours to make sure you are under 39 hours a week. Heavy workload and horrible clientele with no repercussions for guests/customers that constantly verbally abuse you, if anything they are given free or discounted experiences to make them happy.
