Good first timer job. I was 16 when I started out and would recommend it being a first entry level job for anyone who’s really social.

Cons

The customers(sometimes) and pay. The pay doesn’t make up for not so great customers.

High demands in many areas, bad management, poor moral, POOR EMPLOYEE RETENTION means if you worked for at least 3-6 months, you can become a "Certified Trainer" and train the new people from the next hiring event. Most employees do not last 6 months. little to no room for growth, and promotions, might be taken advantage of in many situations. After a while, they stop doing the recognition program for employees.
