The philosophy of Frank Stronach in how to deal with people was a solid and proven one that allowed people to bring their best to the table and be rewarded for their contribution.

Cons

It appears that the focus on the employees charter has become more lip service and less practical application in recent years.

I worked for one of the car plant located in Mexico for over six years. This is a company that care about their employees and the community. The benefits package is really good and there are recreation areas within the installations.
