Great company!! Everyone is treated with respect and they have an open door policy unlike any other I've ever seen. Each company has a family feel to it even though it is part of a global corporation. Benefits are incredible!

Cons

Relies heavily on the automotive industry which can be good or bad depending upon the economy

Good pay and benefits. Paid vacations. Vacation time when I left was 5 weeks per year. Ability to advance.

Cons

Long hours and mandatory overtime. No air conditioning. Very hot in summer with only fans to coll which just blew around hot air.
