      Sorry, but nothing of any significance.

      Cons

      Some good people, but in wrong job roles. PM is a mess. No one trusts them. No body wants to work with Program Management because everyone has been alienated by leadership. No vision and no leadership. Obvious to everyone in organization.

      Pros

      The company provided good pay and benefits in a relatively stable work environment. Planning at the corporate office is done very well. They manage to maintain a somewhat entrepreneurial atmosphere even though they are a large company.

      Cons

      The various divisions do not work well together. Members of upper-middle management (i.e. directors and their peers) are mediocre at best.

      Pros

      Allegedly good salary. Havent been able to corroborate that though. Maybe other locations.

      Cons

      Management by fear, top is the first to break own rules such as respect for people, no emphasis on own know how, main issue is to cut costs, reflected in product quality later.
