      having a job to pay the mortgage

      Cons

      so many.....management is always hollering and swearing at people....allot of mf's used. leadership looks confused most of the time.....they create panic....lots of overtime because we can't mold parts...can't hire people who want to stay in that environment.....real revolving door.....culture is violent and abusive...production people (on many occasions) are fighting on the floor....

      Motivating Inspiring Team Focused Employee Perks Focus is on the continued improvement and customer satisfaction.. Looking to the future of automation and bringing people up from with in the company. Lots of room for growth.

      Cons

      At times there are long days, thats expected, not much of a con. It comes with the job. Meeting rooms are spread out like a college campus. The focus on zero defects and what that means should be clearly understood by all and simplified for an operator to understand.
