Wonderful place to work until merged with Magna

Not alot of opportunity for advancement, unless you are well connected at the top in Canada.

Cons

Performance reviews are late, and always on the negative side. Too much negative influence from Canada, and dismissal of good Donnelly employees for bottom line driven corporate people. Open door policy from top management does not exist.

The problem with working at Magna Steyr is that it does not matter if you are direct or contract you are all disposable!
