      Flexibility, Good work atmosphere, good openness in sharing of knowledge, good projects and good level of exposure to upcoming technologies

      Cons

      Disconnect between managements goal and low level employees expectation, competency of senior employees / managers, some of company policies are to be looked for.

      Pros

      The pay is good and bonuses can be very lucrative. Lots of challenge and rapid pace of change. Organization is build on continuous manufacturing improvment.

      Cons

      The company will work you lots of hours for no compensation. Frequently gets in trouble for delivery or quality due to a gunslinger approach to management which causes lots of hours of work.
