      Only good salaries nothing else.

      Cons

      Management by fear, lot of blames with no reasons, pressure and no support from leaders. You are only a <> in that company. Bad work life balance, you are obliged to work in your holidays and there is no respect for your personal life. This company is a great example of toxic environment.
