      - Decent work-life balance - Decent salary

      - Leadership has very vague and unclear directions, difficult to operationalize and smaller teams are not aligned with each other. A lot of townhalls and AMA but no clear progress on direction. - Middle management refuses to make decisions, no accountability - Everything takes a very long time to progress - Big push for AI and automation without clear and direct goals. Feels like a sinking ship - Few annual leaves
