      Cons

      Clinical Reseearch Department with support of HR misuse own employees: no support by trainings/coaching, no fair judjement of performance, lack of cooperative atmosphere, blackmailing of staff inspired by upper management. Lack of experise in personnel management resulting is high turn over rate in Clinical Research Department.

      Pros

      Opportunities in the company are growing and mobility is quite easy outside finance. Salary and compensation is higher than competition

      Cons

      Maintaining slow and useless processes makes the best talent leave. Any drive to change is killed once is going to higher management. Promotions are going to the people without skills and project management roles given to person without any notion of processes
