- Good benefits - Nice and friendly colleagues - Flexible working arrangements - Good benefits - Respects you and your family - Open communication - Encourage lateral transfer if there is an opening - Allows you to grow individually and professionally

Cons

- Low salary - Not recommended if you are looking for fast progression - Do not need you to be a high performer, as long as you can deliver - Night calls with counterparts - Some managers are given the position to manage not based on merit, but because of their long service.
